SHC Receptionist/Housekeeper

 Permanent Position

South Hill Centre are looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy individual to act as a receptionist / housekeeper for its busy charity facilities. The job is for up to 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday – usual working hours will be 1pm-6pm. A job share will be considered. Flexibility is required/possible around exact working hours. Occasional afternoon, evening or weekend work may also be required.

 Key Responsibilities include:  

·         To answer all incoming calls appropriately and meet and greet all visitors to the Centre in a warm and friendly manner fitting with the Centre ethos.

·         To ensure setup, cleanliness and tidiness of all South Hill Centre (SHC) main building rooms and equipment.
